All sales are final
Credits and subscription grants are digital content, delivered to your balance immediately at purchase and metered against real computational work as you play. Because of that, we do not offer voluntary refunds — not on subscriptions, subscription renewals, or credit packs, whether used or unused. Please decide with the pricing page’s typical figures in hand; the free daily allowance exists so you can try everything before paying.
Subscriptions and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time — you keep access and the current cycle’s credits through the end of the period you paid for, and you are not billed again.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current or past periods.
If the service fails you
Metering is honest by design: you are only ever charged for model work actually performed. If something goes wrong on our side — a story-creation run that dies without delivering a playable story, or a charge that doesn’t match the work your wallet history shows — tell us through the feedback page and we will make it right with a re-run or a credit adjustment. These remedies are issued in credits, not cash.
Free and promotional credits
The daily allowance and welcome packs have no cash value and are not refundable, redeemable, or exchangeable.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law grants you where you live and that cannot be waived by agreement. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies (for example the 14-day right for EU and UK consumers), note that by purchasing you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun and the content is consumed. Any refund a mandatory law or Paddle’s buyer terms requires is processed by Paddle to the original payment method — contact Paddle’s buyer support via your receipt.
